Chico Pediatrics Services

Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Ogbeide, Dr. Robertson and Jill Berry, CPNP are currently accepting new patients, including newborns.



Days Providers See Patients:

Dr. Ahmed: Monday through Friday
Dr. Ogbeide: Wednesday, Thursday  AM and Friday
Dr. Robertson: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday AM
Jill Berry, CPNP: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

We all rotate working Saturdays. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Phone Services:
We welcome your questions and are here to help you in your important task of raising a healthy child. During routine office hours, our nurses are available by phone to help you with your questions and concerns. They can also help you if you are unsure whether your child needs an appointment.

We receive many calls each day, often in clusters. Phones are especially busy Monday and Friday mornings. Our nurses are also caring for patients in the office. If a nurse is not available to take your call directly, your call will be placed into the voice-mail system where you can leave a brief message regarding your concerns.Please spell your child's first and last name, their age, usual provider and your name and phone number, preferably one which accepts "blocked" calls. A nurse will return your call within 2 or 3 hours--usually much sooner.

Appointments
We DO NOT have WALK-IN hours. Please call our office to make an appointment and tell the straff all of your concerns so that they can allow the appropriate length of time. Well Visit appointments are opened for scheduling 3 months in advance. 

Timeliness
Our Practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as we believe everyone's time is equally valuable. We ask that you make every effort to present to the office at your scheduled appointment thime and call us if you are running behind. We reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you have missed your scheduled appointment time.
